MegaFood vitamins are the best

MegaFood vitamins are the best I've tried. Whole food ingredients with no synthetic fillers are important to me when choosing vitamins and supplements. It takes at least 60 - 90 days to feel the difference, but it's worth the wait. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for affordable, good quality vitamins or supplements.

I found out from the

I found out from the doctors that I was low on B12 combined with a deficiency in vitamin d. I was put on B12 cobalamine shots and vitamin d supplements. However,compared to the shots my body absorbs the methyl B12 way better. I noticed the difference as soon as I stopped taking the pills for 2 - 3 days after taking only the shot. Will continue to use it from now on to stay in a healthy range. Before I was so fatigued and exhausted because of the heavily physical work I do everyday, combined with a PCOS diagnosis of over a decade ago. This methyl B12 is one of the easiest for my body to use and absorb no problem. The shots ordered by the doctor are not even comparable.

This Megafood Extra Strength Methyl B 12 is awesome! It’s super easy to take and typically I use it every time I feel like I need an energy boost. Honestly I am a big fan of the Megafood products that I’ve tried in the past, and have yet to be disappointed, but this was the first time I tried the Extra Strength Methyl B 12 and it did not disappoint either. I think you should give it a try as well.
