Medium-Density Fibreboard Glam Bench

I ordered this item twice. First time it arrived all damaged. I called Macy's and requested a replacement. The replacement was never delivered to my address. However, Macy's refused to process a refund or replacement, stating that the package was delivered. I have pictures and evidence was it was delivered to the wrong address. Really bad customer service, will not be shopping at Macy's again
