Totally deceptive listing

The ad / listing is clearly a compete unit / toy with drive axles and motors/compulsion. You get here and it’s a useless seat and handle brake. Total sham bogus listing. Do not buy. I’m returning it asap. Thanks for ruining my grandson’s birthday with a bait and switch.
