Cheap and poorly made

I bought this. Tried it on and could not believe how poorly made and awkward the dress was. For reference I’m 5’ 10 and a size 8 or 10… and this dress was bizarre! The stretch part is tight over the waist like a maternity dress! The fit is awful and looked defective in the bust line. Sent back immediately!!!!

Fabric was nice. It just was not a good look for me. For reference I am 5’ 4” and weigh 130. Probably needs a tall, thin person
