Nice look, bad part

I purchased a sideboard. There was a part that wasn’t cut correctly. When contacting the company and sending a picture of the bad part, I was told to reverse the part and it should fit. It did fit, but I had two tiny holes on the front of the sideboard (for the anti-tipping straps). I also had to drill holes in order for the part to fit. I’m glad I had a drill and wood putty to fill in the holes in front. A replacement part should have been sent to me. Address your quality control. Otherwise, it looks great.
