Subpar

The price range was appealing, but, unfortunately, a portion of the leather bag was scrunched and wrinkled. Giving the impression the leather was subpar and not durable. Would not recommend. That being said, Macy's customer service was top-notch helping with the return.

It's look good but I carried only 7kg at my travel time and the shoulder belt was broken now I can't use it
