Bring back the OG or lose a long-time customer

I tried the new reformulated product and I have gave it an honest go for the last 4 months, with dismal results. I hate the packaging, I hate the unsanitary brush and the heavy glass bottle- the tones are off, the product is thin, does not cover at all like it used to and is NOT waterproof or even water resistant. The texture even though it’s thinner doesn’t cover anywhere near as well and somehow still creases. They basically took every thing I loved about a holy grail product and flushed it down the toilet. Why would you change something when it was a product with nothing else like it on the market?! There are a million other products just like the new inferior one you have put out. Bring back the OG full coverage concealer in the squeeze tube or lost a lifelong customer. So disappointing - also do not reply about “building it up” or “setting it” I never had to do that before - LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND CHANGE IT BACK

Big Disappointment

I miss the full coverage product which came in the tube, far superior to the new concealor. Not only is my old color not available but the texture and coverage are lacking. I had to move on to another line. Bring back the old product!

Bring back FULL COVER

Bring back Full Cover, this is not even close! Don’t buy this one , not good coverage, not for oily and blemishes. Not working not recommended. I used full cover for more than 14 years and it was the best product for covering, it was sitting great even after day at the beach. Please bring back old FULL COVER

Comparison

You discontinued the product I’ve used for years. It was the Full Cover number 10. The one I just bought is ok but the other one was 100 times better. I’m not liking the new one as much.

New favorite concealer

Beautiful full coverage concealer. Its a matte finish but not super drying and last sooo well in the heat and humidity. Its have heen wearing it non stop in the NY heat and humidity and even git caught in the rain and this concealer didn’t budge!

BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FULL COVER CONCEALER! Anyone else notice how many of the 5 star reviews state that they were gifted the product by MUFE? (Hint: It’s a lot of them. Dare I say, most of them?) This concealer isn’t even a pale imitation of the original (and now discontinued), beloved cult-product, full cover concealer. There is no comparison. This isn’t waterproof, matte, or actually opaque/capable of covering scars and breakouts. The original full cover was all of these things and maybe more. *NOTE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE* As others who have come before me have noted/requested: Do not recommend that I layer for more coverage. I know that’s nonsense. You know that’s nonsense. I know that you know that’s nonsense. So, let’s all keep a little dignity, shall we?
