Damaged, poor quality

I bought this as a gift for my niece. It arrived with the box ripped on one side and the box was bent as if it had been opened carelessly and then returned. The nail polishes are dried out. I’m returning for a refund. But have to now purchase a new gift. Surprising that something like this would be sent to someone in this condition. Disappointed.

Returned this product in person

I went on October 7 and returned the merchandise. Sales person wrote that it was not delivered that it was stopped in transit, but it was not. I physically had the item in my hand so the balance of the $13 is not owed. Customer service did the refund wrong. It was physically delivered to my residence, and I took it to the store and physically gave it to the clerk and they wrote it up as stopped in transit, which was incorrect. I will be calling the billing department very soon.
