Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the fit did not meet your expectations and that you were dissatisfied with the pillowcases. We understand how frustrating it can be when a bedding product doesn't provide the comfort or functionality you were looking for. While this set is designed with features such as deep-pocket construction and added mattress protection, we recognize that individual preferences for fit and feel can vary. Your feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our team to help us improve our products.

Fine product with great customer service

The mattress cover is of very good quality and it fits well. I especially appreciate the help I received from Debra and Margie in the linens department. They were very professional and friendly while finding the product for me. My shopping experience would have likely been unsuccessful without their very accommodating involvement! I hope management congratulates them for their excellent customer relationship efforts.
