My comforter set appeared to be used - there were threads everywhere, dust, improper folding, and one of the pillowcases has a stain ( see picture)

Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your comforter set appeared to arrive in less than perfect condition, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. This set is designed to offer a beautiful, coordinated look for the bedroom, featuring a jacquard medallion pattern and multiple matching pieces that help create an elegant and complete bedding ensemble. The condition you described is not the experience we want for our customers. Your feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our team to help us improve our products.

This review is from Madison Park Donovan Jacquard Medallion 7-Pc. Comforter Set, QueenLove this Comforter Set
I am impressed with the weight and quality of this comforter set. The stitching is a little off but it does NOT take away from the quality and beauty of the comforter set. The price is well worth it. The pillows are nice. Many times in the past my husband would sleep on our old decorated pillows. This new set, he make sure our new pillows are off the bed. He has the audacity to question 😤 me if I have the pillows on the bed 😃. Isn't that something.

It’s a beautiful collection of rich jewel tones. Compliments the decor existent in the room. Would prefer to have the option of purchasing the comforter instead 6 additional pieces that I may never use.

This review is from Madison Park Donovan Jacquard Medallion 7-Pc. Comforter Set, QueenBeautiful bedding
I have just put this Madison Park set on my bed and it is beautiful. The comforter is elegant looking and the pillows are a nice addition. I would recommend.
Beautiful!! What more can I say…
This set is amazing! The quality of the comforter and the pillows are unmatched. I love the design and it is very quality how thick it is. The embroidery on the outside is beautiful and it looks very regal and I would definitely love to have more for my other bedrooms. The color scheme is also beautiful the blue browns and tans go together very well and it adds a very nice neutral yet pop of color to any room

Very poor quality
The worst thing I have ever bought from Macys. The quality of the comforter is poor. Light and looks very cheap. Please don't sell this brand if this is how they are all made
