OK , not great

I bought two . Using NO metal utensils the ceramic clad interior on one chipped . I donated it and paid extra for LeCruset … which I love and is awesome , worth the extra money !!

Super nonstick pan with great heft and balance

Pan is super nonstick with great heft and balance and a flat bottom, so oil does not pool around the edge or in the middle. Pan heats evenly. Best of all, the light beige color lets you really appreciate the finer subtle details of cooking, such as the degree of brownness when heating butter, etc. A magnificent pan.

Really Works

I just recieved the ceramic clad 10" pan, This is amazing. I have tried all the usual suspects. Sausage, hamburger, And cooking eggs was great. I even put the cheese on top of the eggs let it start to melt then flipped the eggs chees side down.To my suprise they flipped right back over with no stick.Pan stayed clean. I would reccomend this set up to anyone looking to make cooking easier. I do own both the stainless and carbon steel pans but this just might be my favorite now.

This Frying Pan is Special

My wife told me that she needs a better frying pan that she could fry potatoes in that come out crispy…well, I ordered this pan and not only does it crisp potatoes, but is a breeze to clean!! Going to buy another on for my son👍👍

Love this pan

Beautiful finish on this pan and its heats so perfectly even. Why was I buying cheap pans all these years only to toss them in a few month. It’s definitely worth the investment. It’s not like we are going to stop cooking anytime soon love this product
