Roselyn Reversible Jacquard Queen comforter

I am very impressed with this comforter set. It is the prettiest of all the comforters I looked at day. The colors are so soft and muted plus it's irreversible. The sizing of full queen is perfect! I just love it!

A Stunning Set !!

This is a very beautiful comforter set. I love everything about it. The sheets and pillow cases are soft, the comforter and standard shams are exquisite, and the accent pillows “are the icing on the cake”!. The comforter and the throw are an ideal weight. My daughter and my granddaughters love the set just as much as I do. I’m so happy that I purchased the set!

Thin and flimsy.

The pictures make this look like a luxurious high-quality comforter set. It’s none of those. The comforter is lightweight and the dust ruffle is paper thin. The only thing quality about this set is the photographer who took the pics of it for the website.

less than 90 days ago i washed it for the first time and it ripped on the seams in several different spots. Macy’s manager that I was dealing with his name was Will. He refused to give me a full refund and gave me a refund without receipt even though I had my receipt and I had to wait 10 days to get a partial refund. this is some of the saddest customer service I’ve ever gotten. He said he didn’t know who the manufacturer was that I needed to contact and made no effort to contact the person or company that made this product. I have been a customer for a long time and I am very very upset about the way I was treated for an item that was defective enough not to hold up for 90 Days.
