Never delivered

My item was at UPS and it was ever delivered and the refund still not have applied in my credit card. Very disappointing

I ordered this for my younger daughter, the package arrived in a bag no issue to the package, as soon as I opened it up it was damaged And I’m assuming this was on sale for this particular reason .
