We have now had the Samsung 65 inch “The Frame” for a while and we love it. Picture quality is just superb and the layout is instinctively easy to use. This is a really great TV.

I bought this a few months ago and love the art feature and the picture. It is glitchy at times with the wireless one connect box and we are not able to keep the connect box hidden- it needs a direct view to the tv and is still glitchy sometimes

Great

Overall, this product is fantastic – I'm really satisfied with its features, speed, and overall performance. However, it does occasionally freeze, which is a bit frustrating. Also, I was disappointed that the panel needed to be replaced right after I bought it.

Samsung Television Nightmare

This Has been a nightmare since we bought it. Our original Sonos, which only work with an optical cable, continuously disconnects from the One Connect, and the remote disconnects with volume, as well. Our former TCL TV never had these issues. We spent so much more for the Samsung and we have so many issues. You suggested in this survey to not comment on service, you should send a survey for that as well. Not great. I will have a hard time recommending this television to anyone.

Great way to display photos

I bought the frame, to display a family slideshow, it performs brilliantly and with the AI it adjusts the brightness to suit the ambient light. This is a bonus for my wife who has vision issues. It is such a clean setup. Mounts on the wall very easily with the suppled brackets. The anti glare is very goof and combined with the matt artwork looks spectacular, it’s like we have our own gallery at home
