My favorite keyboard
I am a longtime Mac user and have generally preferred their keyboards over others. Until...enter MX Keys. I love the MX Keys keyboard! The touch and feel of the keys are great, they're quiet and are also backlit without being overly so, which is nice when working in dim/darker environments. And the price is right. Highly recommend!

Perfect for productivity, even in 2026.
I cant believe it took me until 2026 to try this keyboard. I switched from a Razer mechanical keyboard that was just extremely loud and unprofessional for work. This keyboard is much quieter and the shortcuts are amazing. Being able to easily screenshot, unmute, control volume, or to switch between my pc and tablet at the click of a button is something I didnt know I needed. Will be using this one for a long time.

I enjoyed my first MX Keys Mini for three years and then needed to buy a new one because a couple of the keys on the keyboard malfunctioned and it cost too much to replace them. It was less expensive to buy a new keyboard. So, I will try not to punch the keys quite as hard. It was the frequently used "a" and "o" keys that malfunctioned -- both are on the perimeter of the keyboard, so perhaps they got a more angled punch than the keys directly under my fingers. Apart from that, the keyboard is wonderful!

Essentially the PERFECT Mini Keyboard
The perfect keyboard. It's very small (hence the name), plus the sleeve that came with the purchase; I take this everywhere I go. The battery lasts for AGES. I haven't charged this keyboard since I got it (it's been about a month) and it's still running with on a healthy percentage. There's only one slight complaint I have about the keyboard. When I tried to bend or put stress on the keyboard, I can hear the materials inside the keyboard stretching and creaking. Compared to the MX Keys S, the MX Keys doesn't have any straining with pressure is applied. A normal person is not going to bend or stress the keyboard so this isn't an issue. The streching and creaking just makes the keyboard sound like it's made with lower quality material.

Worst experience
Its been more than two weeks and the status still shows as in progress. Just now received an email from Macy's that the delivery would be delayed further and I can choose the return the product due to this. One of the worst experience I been through. Will never buy products from Macy's.
MX Keys Mini
I was wanting a small keyboard that had back lit keys and this was the only one I could find at this time. This is a nice keyboard but its actually bigger than I thought it would be and it definitely weighs more than expected. That is why I only gave it 3 stars.

Small and easy to setup
Easy setup with multiple computers. I like the keys and prefer the smaller layout, which is much more similar to working on my laptop.
