Grinch coffee cups

My cups arrived early and intacted, no damage whatsoever. The cups were larger than expected and looked wonderful. I know my grand kids will enjoy them and so will I. I got them on sale at a great price.

Arrived Broken

My Lennox Christmas Grinch stackable cups arrived broken. Why were they not packaged better. Just a box. No bubble wrap! Why can’t I get my broken cup replaced? This is ridiculous. I purchased these for my Grandson. He uses his grinch apparel and dishes all year long. Shame on Macys for listing the item final sale non refundable. So basically they didn’t care what shape the product was in upon shipment! I will be sure to never buy final sale from Macys. Crooked!
