Item arrived totally damaged

I was so disappointed, I waited a long time for this to come and it kept getting delivery delays. When it finally arrived it was not packaged well in the Lenox box or the Macys box and was totally destroyed. I’m not sure if someone else returned it and removed all the packaging and they just turned around and shipped it to me or what.

Gave it 5 stars even though it was broken

The item itself is beautiful, so I gave it 5 stars. Unfortunately, it had a chip. It looks like others had the same issue. It was meant as a gift. It's no longer available.

Broken and was a gift for Christmas

You would think as expensive as Lenox is there would be something more than a tissue wrapped around this dish! Very disappointing
