Very hard time to cancel 2 duplicate items

No review just trying to cancel the order. But was charged for three items. I only wanted 1 item, why is it so hard to cancel or exit an online order? L like to from someone from Macy's.

for that relaxing moment alone, this is the perfect sized and beautiful teaset for one. A bonus-- this set also includes a teabag holder that I use with other teacups. I purchased, previously, three sets at different times from Macy's given as gifts for different occasions and the recipients felt very special.
