We still love Botley!

We bought Botley for our son when he was 4 years old, nearly five years ago, and he still loves to play with it. It's intuitive and very easy to use, allowing kids to start learning about programming logic.

Fun while it worked

We enjoyed Botley for a few months until it began veering & continuously spinning left. We've tried turning off/on, replacing batteries, but it doesn't respond to commands anymore.

Disappointed

Botley only spins on one wheel now. It was really fun for my 6 year old while it lasted but quickly broke. Super disappointed.

Great while it lasted

Botley was a gift. We loved this product. It's a bit boring for my 7 year old but my younger kid absolutely loves Botley. Unfortunately we now are dealing with an upset child because he wants me to fix it and other than replacing batteries I have no idea what to do. Botley doesn't respond to his remote any longer. We had it maybe one year before it stopped working. Consumer guarantees in Nz is only 12 months so no point going back to the person who gifted it to find out the supplier. Now it's just a useless toy never to be played with again. Very sad.
