Beautiful and perfect size but kills microwaves
I'm a slow coffee sipper and usually have to reheat every cup mid-enjoyment. I got a set of these as a treat (and to keep the product consistent in my kitchen). They are marked as microwave-safe, and the Q&A says so. I've replaced two microwaves in 8 months (now a third) because heating these in the microwave causes wild spazzing, sparking, and eventual death. I still like the mugs and just make 1/4 of a cup at a time now instead of reheating, so I kept 3 stars - they're wonderful in EVERY other way. Just caveat emptor.
