More zippers needed

I purchased this and overall I'm pleased but it would be even better if some of the inside pockets had zippers and not just the bag itself.

I love this bag. It’s a great size. I do wish it was a little more stiff so it would stand up nice on its own, but it is still great. However, the monogram that I selected, maybe I should’ve realized what size it was, looks so small on the bag. But I’m OK with it.

Messed up personalization

I’ve bought several of these bags and I think they are great. However I paid for the personalization and they messed up the embroidery. Returning the bag they messed up has been a total pain and making me rethink ordering again. If I’m paying for personalization and they mess it up I’m not sure why I’m dealing with the hassle of their mistake.

Need an in between size

Nice bag and color. Got a large in olive. I wish there was a size in between medium and large as it’s a little too big for what I needed. Please bring back the canvas crossbody. I have one but would love to have another.

Perfect bag!

I bought this bag so that I would have something to carry all of my school supplies back-and-forth to my job every day in addition to my coffee carafe. It has been perfect in every way. It is just the right size, is sturdy, and holds everything that I need. I have recommended it to everyone!
