Wrong monkey received.

Disappointed. It shows a metal monkey but it came with a fuzzy monkey. The bag is great though.

Wrong item

Macy’s shipped a wrong bag and unable to reorder a correct one. This is the second time they did this. Their customer service is getting worse every day!
