- Firm Crow's Feet: Gently massage, using an upward and outward motion, out to the temple
- De-puff the Under-eye: Tap lightly and rapidly from the inner corner to the outer corner

This product is not effective
The product gives burning sensation, stinging/ itching, swelling and puffiness. Is this really normal?

Evaporated in the container
I loved this product, but it almost completely evaporated in the container with the lid on tight. I researched it online and found that it was because it's a water-based product. But for the price, losing more than half the volume in only a couple of months is unacceptable.
