Arrived damaged.

I was sent a dress that was labeled damaged. Never encountered that from Macys before. The lady was surprised and apologetic when I returned it but very gracious and gave me a coupon for my trouble. (I did not ask for any such thing. I did point out the labeling so it wouldn’t be returned to the sales floor.) They do make returns easy, which is a help when shopping online.

I bought this on impulse today in store. Who doesn't need a black dress just in case? I am a solid XL, size 16. 5'8" and probably close to 200lbs. I have a hard time with dresses in a 16 or even and 18. They are usually too tight.. I have found that a 14W fits perfectly. That is why I picked this one up today. It is simple and flattering on. Mine isn't as short as the model's.

Not for my body type

This fits me like a box. Nothing really wrong with dress but doesn’t fit my body type. Was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding, but this doesn’t work for me. Will be returning to store this weekend.

Simply Beautiful, Flattering Basic Dress

I bought this dress in pink, my favorite color, to wear on our 40th wedding anniversary. I also got a sheer flower printed shawl to wear over it and dress it up. I wore it with gold shoes and everyone said it was a lovely outfit! The dress was so flattering that I bought it again in black and the white, which is more off white and that's fine. I have many accessories to go with these dresses for any occasion, from Sunday church to dinners out, to weddings and other formal events.
