Customer Service

I purchased this shoes last night, after I placed the order I realized the shipping address was wrong. I contacted customer service and they said that because it was more than 15 minutes they cannot cancel or make changes on the order. I just call them again and they want me to get a consent from the person who is going to receive the package so they can return it to me. That is in another State and I don't know who lives at that address. They also say that I should contact the courier and see if they can return it to Macys. This is really a bad service, a horrible system that Macys's online shopping has. (The shoes are excellent ) not the service.
