Sadly Underwhelmed

Bought this as a bday gift for my mum because she loves Joe Malone fragrances and that's all she wears. We have had the diffuser in the living room for just over two weeks and you can't smell any fragrance at all, you have to go right up to it and actively sniff the sticks to smell anything and even worse - it's almost half way gone! I am incredibly disappointed- Jo Malone is known for exceptional quality in fragrances and this is just a miss as a product. Save your money, there are much better diffusers that throw a delicious scent for a fraction of the cost and actually will last for months.

They forgot the reed sticks!

This was supposed to be a housewarming gift that arrived a day later than the original delivery date. Thankfully, it came right on time except they were missing the read sticks. The item was packaged in a teeny tiny box with no read sticks which defeats the whole purpose of having a diffuser. Disappointed and returning.

Fantastic. Never disappoints

Anyone that speaks to this being a poor quality product is delusional. I have bought this diffuser multiple times and am continuously impressed by the output of scent and how luxurious it smells. If you claim it doesn't work your home could likely use a deep cleaning as this easily consumes 2000sqft. Even after evaporation I can go weeks without replacement and the scent lingers.
