Great BT work headset but w/ dongle design issues

Great work headset for online meetings for a fair price. BT multi-device connection works great. One star removed for the USB dongle design issues: 1- There is no way to switch between USB and BT modes which forces me to dive to the back of the monitor just to enable connection to the phone (Work laptop is BT restricted). 2- The dongle itself is too shallow to grab comfortably with the fingers and too wide to fit on the laptop as it blocks the neighboring USB-C port.

Awesome

Great product. I work from home and have been searching for a wireless headset as mine always gets tangled and the wires get damaged. The noise cancellation and sound quality is awesome. I also love the mute button on the side for easy access. I'd highly recommend ghis headset as most of our office now uses it. 10/10
