Excellent
This is a great earpiece. The battery lasts a long time. The microphone is not so good sometimes people have hard time hearing me. But I use most for listening. I listen to the podcast or sometimes music. It's very comfortable. I cannot say anything about water resistant because it has not fall in the water or I have not use it in the water itself, like bath or in a swimming pool. The noise cancellation is not as great as Apple's newest generation with the noise, cancellation feature, but it does a very good job with the noise cancellation. You actually have to go also on your phone and do some little programming for it to have the best hearing possible.. overall I think this is great. I would definitely recommend it. The price is very reasonable and it works as great as many of the Apple earpiece.
Good, but a little annoying
Let me start off by saying that these are a pretty good set of ear-buds. Very comfortable, they have noise canceling, good sound, and good battery life. The case is a good size, and sits nicely in a pocket. These are a great value. The cons imo: There is a low level hiss when there is no sound playing. The "buttons" to play/pause, etc are a bit small, I find myself tapping 2 or 3 times to get the right spot. The biggest con to me is the design, both of the buds and the case. The case is rounded, it does fit well in a pocket, but it always feel like it is balancing when on hard surfaces. The ear pieces are round and smooth, with only the top hemisphere accessible when they are docked, coupled with the lid that only opens to 90 degrees, makes the headphone difficult to grasp and remove from the case, definitely a 2 hand operation, and I drop them frequently (I have a set of Vibe100tws that I can pull one handed from inside my pocket, which is perfect). The stems of the buds are square, which leads to misalignment when trying to put them into the case; and the stems being square means that you can't just rotate them, you have to remove them complete from the case and try again. There is very little taper (draft) to the stems, which makes placing and removing a bit more difficult (they have to come straight in/out). Also, the ear buds face away from center, which means every time they are removed or docked, they need to be rotated, which can be tricky when holding the smooth round top. Over all good ear-buds for the money, just a little annoying to use.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with our JBL Vibe Beam 2. To get its best fit, gently twist the earbud into your ear while angling it slightly downward until it seals tightly in your ear canal. Trying different sizes of ear tips allows the body of the earbud to sit slightly further out, relieving pressure on your outer ear. As for its design, we will let our team know about it to improve our products in the future. Feel free to contact our customer support for further assistance.

i love them but......
I love these earbuds but since I bought them a week ago mind you it was at an airport the right ear bud would stay at 10%, and the left would be fine but now it's come to the point where the right just doesn't want to charge at all. when I put the right ear bud into the case it doesn't even light up. now I can't send them back because one they were at an airport and two I don't have the box to return it.

Response from jbl.com
We appreciate your feedback. We understand that the fit and audio performance did not meet your expectations, especially when compared to the JBL Tune Flex 2. Each of our models is engineered with a unique sound profile and ergonomic design to serve different user preferences. To ensure you are receiving the best possible fit and seal, we recommend utilizing the 'Check My Best Fit' feature in the JBL Headphones App. This feature determines if you are using the correct ear tip size and the optimal positioning within your ear canal. To use this, please download or open the JBL Headphones App, scroll down to 'Check My Best Fit,' and click to begin the process. We have documented your comments regarding the fit and audio quality and will pass them along to our product development team for future enhancements.
Amazing except...
The sound quality and noise canceling and all that was good. I like everything about these except for the button. It's one of those that sense your finger, not a push button. It didn't work very well at all and was super frustrating to use at work. I would have 5 starred these, but that is one major feature to mess up on. I sent them back and got beats with an actual press button.

We appreciate you sharing your detailed feedback. The touch-sensitive interface was designed to provide a seamless, button-free user experience; however, we understand that this specific design did not meet your expectations for ease of use in a professional environment. Your insights regarding the preference for physical buttons are invaluable, and we will pass this along to our product development team for future enhancements.
