Delayed Shipping was suppose to get 08.09

I ordered this backpack August 3rd, and it was supposed to be delivered August 7th. It is now August 13th and it shows that it was shipped but still not able to track it because it has not arrived at the location in order to verify the delivery date. I believe this is lost and want a new backpack shipped. My Grandauhter is really expecting this backpack.

Worst bag ever.

We’ve had this bag about two yrs but it’s always given issues with the zippers. They get stuck or come off the track. Not worth the headache of trying to hold your bag together while in high school bc the zipper came undone.
