10 years of use and still in a great shape!

I have got this backpack through the program in college in 2015 as a gift and used this backpack almost daily since getting it. It's been 10 years but the backpack is still in a great shape and fully functional. I am very surprised. I used it for everything including traveling and many more. I used it almost every day for 10 years. That's amazing how it's still sustains the great quality

Zipper sticks CONSTANTLY.

Love the look. Hate hate hate the zipper, constantly getting stuck in the fabric. I would return it if it hadn't been so long since I bought it.

MIGHT buy this again

I got this bookbag for Christmas about 2 years ago and LOVED it... until the shoulder strap ripped. This has happened multiple times and I understand that I typically carry a lot of binders, books, folders but I was expecting it be more durable considering it is supposed to be able to carry a lot. I have sent it back and Jansport has fixed it multiple times now but I wish I could just wear it and not worry about it. Also, I understand why jansport can't fix the rips and stuff I have on the inside from pencils and things poking through the mesh and this bookbag would be the dream if it was just a bit more durable. Lastly, this bookbag isn't super comfortable to carry a lot in. I love the bag itself and how the straps on the sidewater bottle pockets help hold my MASSIVE Stanley which is another reason why I would consider buying it again, but if you get this bookbag just be careful and take full advantage of the repair policy because it will most likely rip.

Try to fix the zipper

This bag is great ..lots of room..and I won't give it a 0 because of that .but zipper was an issue within a week of buying it..please work on that.. otherwise it's great!

Zipper disasters galore

Purchased for back to school from Staples. Zipper gets stuck constantly/way too expensive for this to be an ongoing issue. We're chucking it in the trash - very costly mistake.

Zipper broke within 5 months

This was a disappointing backpack, poor quality. The zipper for the main compartment broke after only 5 months. I got the older version with the white liner, who thought this was a good design idea?

Zipper issues

Backpack seemed great except for one major issue, the fabric covering the zipper for the main compartment constantly gets stuck in the zipper. It is a big design flaw that causes frustration.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. The bias flap is there to stop debris and moisture from getting to the zipper to give it durability. It is recommended to fold the flap up and away from the zipper when operating it - to mitigate that from happening. Thank you again.
