Healthy herbal blend
First impression is that it will take a while to see full results. The bottle suggests taking 2 pills 3x a day. Seems like a lot. It’s been easy to take as long as I pack it along with me everyday. No upset tummy. It’s feeling good on my stomach so far.

Helps my microbiome 
I have never tried any products from Healths Harmony before, so I didn’t know what to expect from them. Before trying it, I looked at the blend of ingredients on the back label and everything seemed promising, so I figured it was worth giving a try since I have been experiencing some gut issues lately. I’m pleased to report that this intestinal health herbal blend with zinc has indeed improved my digestion and overall gut health. I’m no longer experiencing cramping and motility issues, and I feel it has improved my overall health. My skin even looks better! Taste like nothing go down easy
Big bottle with enough to last months. Pills taste pleasant and swallow easy. I take these with my meals and they don’t upset my stomach and help with my sick feeling after a large meal.

Worth the money!
