Straight to the Garbage
Brand new sheets out of package ...fitted sheet was torn and sewed so it puckers. Top sheet had a large hole in it. I took it straight to the garbage. Complete waste of money.
Response from Macy's
Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the sheet set. Receiving damaged items right out of the package is absolutely not the quality we want our customers to expect, and we understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been. Our Intelligent Design Jersey Knit Cotton Blend Sheet Set is designed to provide a soft, cozy, T-shirt-like feel with breathable comfort, so we regret that the condition of your sheets prevented you from enjoying those features. Your feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our team to help us improve our products.

This sheet set is so cozy and comfy. I feel like I'm sleeping in luxurious high end quality sheets when we have these on our bed. Definitely will be purchasing another set. They are warm yet not hot which is exactly what we need.

Washed one time and already rough bumps all over making these scratchy and not good quality .. only good thing is at least they stayed on ..
Response from Macy's
Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the sheets developed rough bumps after just one wash, as that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. We’re glad to hear that the fit worked well and that the sheets stayed securely in place—that’s something we aim for with this set. Still, we understand that comfort and durability are just as important, and we regret that this item didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our team to help us improve our products.
Bad Fabric
After a couple of nights sleeping on these sheets terrible pilling occurred.
Response from Macy's
Dear Customer,
We appreciate you reaching out to share your experience with the Intelligent Design Jersey Knit Cotton Blend Sheet Set.
We are truly sorry and concerned to hear that your sheets began pilling after only a couple of nights of sleep. We understand how disappointing it is to choose jersey knit for its signature "favorite t-shirt" softness, only to have that comfort interrupted by a rough, bumpy texture so quickly. When you invest in new bedding, you deserve a smooth and cozy surface that lasts, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and discomfort this has caused you.
You deserve a high-quality sleep experience, and we regret that the durability of this fabric did not meet the standards you expected from Macy's.

I like the look and feel of these jersey-knit sheets and pillow cases. The queen size sheet set fits well after several washings. Would buy again.
