Great product, not built to last

We were gifted an insta pot for Christmas. We loved it due to the options and the consistency. We loved the pressure cook feature for roasts and briskets. We used it to make soups, rice, chili, and the slow cook. We had the pot for about 2 years and now it no longer works. The button's do not respond rendering the insta pot useless. We loved the insta pot but are not happy with the durability of the cooker.

Great features

I’ve used it once so far but I loved it. I need to find me some recipes for it. It is very quiet. It cooks very well. The pressure is good. And it seals real well. I also love that let you know when you can open it.
