Price adjustment
This item was discounted a couple of days after purchase. The chat live feature makes it very difficult to get a price adjustment- even when within the 10 day window. MACY’s please revisit your Chat Live procedure to make it not so difficult for a customer to get a proper refund. As the current process gives the appearance that this process is made to be difficult for the customer not receiving their price adjustment.
