Taller than stated.

I bought this pillow because of the dimensions. I am looking for a flatter pillow. However, the pillow is much taller than the dimension state. Now I will have to return the pillow and find something else.

Great quality for that hotel Euro-top sensation

The Macy’s Hotel Collection Luxe Mattress Pad has a 1.5” gusset filled with ultra-lofty down-alternative fiber, fits mattresses up to 24” deep, and is specifically intended to add that cushioned Euro-top sensation. Excellent quality - highly recommend!

I tried the firm at the store. The salesperson was quite helpful, but the pillow wasa firmer than I wanted. They did not have the medium in the store so i ordered online. It is good quality, but it still did nothelp my partiular issue.

Enormous - too big for many of us

Terrible. Pillow is enormous and way too stiff for a normal sized person to use as it angles the head upwards. Tried to return this, and Macy’s used an old credit card # that is from an account that was closed long ago, and will only refund the $$ to this closed account. Total incompetence, and a total waste of time all around.

Best quality.

Hypoallergenic, breathable. Covered in quality cotton. The loft is perfect, not too soft but supportive. This is my second purchase in 4 years.
