Very good quality as usual

I want to buy this Sheets set for my son's dorm bed, it was run out in the local Macy's store, so I ordered online and use the pick up service in the local store. Everything runs very smooth, and we got it on time. The notifications is accurate too. I love Hotel Collection's quality, always as good as your expectation! Overall, I am satisfied with the product and service.

False advertising

I thought I was buying a set of sheets. Not just a flat sheet. The photos are misleading on the website. Tried to return this item but Macys will not accept it back. Going to close my credit card there which I’ve had for 30 years😡

This is ONE SHEET!!! I paid 71 4 one sheet. I thought this was a Sheet set so just be aware that if you’re going to purchase this item you’re buying one Sheet. I will be returning it. I can get a full set of sheets for that price.!!

We have not owned them long to make a fair comment but for the price they are extremely expensive and they better be soft and smooth, durable and breathable…the description for this item on Macy’s dot com was misleading.

Unbelievably soft to the touch, color outstanding

I will never buy any other brand of sheets. Were they pricey,,,, yes. But worth every cent. I bought another brand at the same time, just to compare. Hands down the Hotel Collection was by far the best.

Ripoff

Despite the images clearly asking aset THIS IS NOT A SHEET SET. THIS IS A SINGLE SHEET. Far overpriced for a single sheet. Macy's, there is an old adage that goes they may not remember what you did and they may not remember what you said but they will remember how you made them feel. I feel ripped off
