Unbelievably soft to the touch, color outstanding

I will never buy any other brand of sheets. Were they pricey,,,, yes. But worth every cent. I bought another brand at the same time, just to compare. Hands down the Hotel Collection was by far the best.

Ripoff

Despite the images clearly asking aset THIS IS NOT A SHEET SET. THIS IS A SINGLE SHEET. Far overpriced for a single sheet. Macy's, there is an old adage that goes they may not remember what you did and they may not remember what you said but they will remember how you made them feel. I feel ripped off

Heavy Weight and Warm

I loved the color but that is all I liked. Even after 3 washings the sheets fill up the lint basket in my dryer. They must be washed alone or everything turns blue covered in lint. They now feel like flannel sheets, heavy and too warm. May be good in the winter but cannot use over the summer. I will be donating them, not for me.

Terrible customer service

Worst review. Never arrived and never notified of non-availability and then not given a refund, but only given the option of gift card. Terrible customer service and will be cautious of ordering from Macy’s again.
