HONGGE330 lb Power Tower Dip Station with Adjustable Back Pad
Still curious? Here’s a closer look
HONGGE330 lb Power Tower Dip Station with Adjustable Back Pad
Product Details
- Deliberate and stable where cheaper towers tend to rock, this station gathers pull ups, dips and knee raises around one column. The back pad supports the spine through vertical core work, which keeps the movement in the abdominals rather than the shoulders. It stands on a wide base and stays where it is put, session after session, without walking across the floor.
Features
- Four Stations In One: Pull ups, dips, push ups and vertical knee raises share one frame, replacing several single-purpose pieces in a limited space.
- H-Shaped Stable Base: The H footprint spreads load fore and aft, resisting the forward tip that narrow-based towers develop during dips.
- Twelve Height Settings: Twelve levels of adjustment set the pull up bar to the ceiling and the user, from a low assisted start to a full dead hang.
- Four Level Back Pad: A back pad with four positions supports the spine through knee raises, isolating the abdominals rather than the hip flexors.
- Rated to 330 lbs: The 46.30 lb steel frame carries 330 lbs of user and added load. Warning: Adult assembly required and tighten all fasteners before first use.
