Have not a clue

I got the suggestion to rate a product I haven't even got yet. It said 3-6 days for shipping... My account still says it should have been delivered 7 days ago and I still haven't received it. When I called to talk to customer service, they said I would still receive it(2more days to go). We will see? They also said the website and my account would be updated... it still has not been updated.

Broke 1st trip

on my Italy trip and I used this suitcase as a carryon. but when we got to London they made everyone check their carryon. When we picked up our checked bag and our 2 carry-on bags that we checked I could see one of the wheels was almost broke completely off. I bought this suitcase in January 2026 for my Italy trip August 2026. The suitcase didn't even make one trip as a checked bag. I'm very disappointed. I have older bags that have lasted 15 plus years. I bought this one because I wanted a pink one and it was on sale. Not even worth the sale price.

Loved the first so much I bought another

I bought one last year. I travel often for work and needed something to transport my computer and equipment. It has held up well and perfect for keeping all the equipment organized. I wanted a matching one for my clothes because I was so happy with the first one.

International Carry-on

I had a hard time finding carry-on luggage that is smaller than our typical U.S. 14x22” bag that I need for my European trip! AMKA meets the size requirements! It’s lightweight while being durable with the hard case. The 4 wheels keep it stable and they glide smoothly over tile or carpet. I easily fit my 6-4 capsule wardrobe inside with room to spare for extra shoes and toiletries. A perfect travel companion!

What’s up with the 22” carryon?

The suitcase would be great IF I would have received what I ordered—22” carryon NOT a 20” carryon. I’ve returned it and I was still sent the wrong item!

light weight and sturdy

I think this will be perfect for my little granddaughter to use for her over night stays. She’s going to feel so special with her very own suitcase. We have not used it for travel at the airport yet so I’m not able to call it airport durable.
