Excellent Kitchen Shears

I have had this product for several weeks and have already used it many times during food preparation. The blades cut well and are ergonomically easy to use. The fact that they can be taken apart when washed is helpful.

Thank you for your question, and we're sorry for your experience. To take apart the HENCKELS Take-Apart Kitchen Shears, simply open the shears fully until the blades form a wide “X” shape. Gently continue opening past the normal stopping point and the blades should disengage at the pivot for easy cleaning. To reassemble, align the pivot points and slide the blades back together while gently opening and closing the shears until they lock back into place. We recommend avoiding twisting or forcing the blades apart, as they are designed to separate at a specific angle. If you're still not able to take them apart, please feel free to reach out to us for further assistance

Good Kitchen Scissors

The scissors arrived in a timely manner and are a good choice for my kitchen tool. I have small hands and a weak grip; these scissors work well for me. My husband hands are much larger and stronger grip and they work well for him as well. I like that the scissors come apart for cleaning; they are easy to put back together.
