Hold up for decades of daily use (and abuse)

Simply a superior product. I've used Henckels Steak Knives for decades - on a daily basis - for everything except steak. My decades-old serrated knives are still good - even though I abuse them by opening plastic bags, cardboard boxes, and all manner of things for which not intended. They fit my hand to a T - easy to hold when using. No corrosion, even after a lifetime of cleaning with Chore Boy and dishwasher. I just bought a new set on sale - to put away in case I become too hard on my old ones.

Wonderful. purchase ,not for use by children.

I am very happy with this purchase. The knives are very sharp and a nice weight. The price was very fair and I was happy to put them in the knife draw and have them available when needed.
