Poorly Packaged for Shipment

Liked so much that I ordered a second set. The second set arrived in a dented, taped display box that was in a large shipping container only partially filled with cushioning paper. . Four of the 12 pieces were shattered. The first set was bubble wrapped and nothing was damaged. Wonder whether I was sent a return that had been damaged, or if the poor packaging is to blame. Shame. Would be nice to have place settings for more people. Not sure I can recommend since shipping practices seem uneven.

Delighted to Dine!

We purchased 2 sets of the dishes. The ordering process was easy, dishes arrived right on time in perfect condition, we put them in the dishwasher and they washed beautifully. They stack perfectly in our cabinets and they’re very durable.

Nice dishes

I ordered 2 sets of Haven Speckled Farmhouse dishes and had them shipped to Macy's for pick up. One set had some broken pieces, damaged from shipping. I contacted Tabletops Unlimited the number and email listed on the card inside the carton. They were very responsive and sent replacement pieces in about a week. The dishes are very pretty. They clean well in the dishwasher.

I ordered two 12 pc haven speckled farmhouse 12 pc dinnerware set service for 4 exclusively at macys on June 27, 2026, On July 3, 2026 I received one set of the above but as of July 15, 2026 I have not received the second set. I am not a happy camper.

Pretty but one came broken

Great plates. Only problem was the top dish was broken. I’m sure it was ups throwing the package around.
