MESSY but good
VERY MESSY. I wish this came with a different material measurement tool. I’ve been adding to morning coffee which seems to work well but still struggle with the messiness of the product. I feel like it has helped overall cognition.

Cool product
Upon my first experience, the jar was really difficult to open. Once open, I was surprised at the little to no smell. The consistency was a little intimidating as its very dense, like molasses. There is a little wooden stick with measurement lines that made it very easy to know how much to use. I was completely shocked there was no flavor. Looking forward to lasting effects!

Mix it with tea
This product is great. I take a half a scoop and mix it in with my morning coffee. It smells very earthy and is strong but not in a bad way. It absorbs in your body and you can definitely feel a little extra strength and improves my stamina!! Very nice.

So much energy!
This supplement has been so fantastic. I have noticed a huge energy boost since taking it. I have been waking up feeling refreshed, which is not my usual. I will be honest, it did not taste the best. But it did dissolve very well in warm water. I appreciate the little wooden stick it came with. It has really helped me measure out what I need.
