Merchandise not as expected & star rewards not app

Grips on knives are not as soft and conforming as described. Would have returned them had it not been for the star rewards I had to use. On the subject of the star rewards: try & get them applied to your order - that’s a joke. Called customer service & spoke with someone who did not seem to understand english. She agreed $10.00 star reward should have been applied & she did this. When I received confirmation I got $0.40 cents out of my $10.00. Applying these star rewards has always been a problem; this clinched it. No more shopping at Macy’s. Too complicated and sick & tired of spending so much time on the phone trying to straighten orders out with people. Good riddance Macy’s!
