Great pan
This is a great pan. I’ve only used it a few times now to see if I really like it and I honestly do. It cleans up easily. I’m interested in purchasing other items from this line now.

Quality all around!
Myself and my wife enjoy cooking and we are always try to one up each other in the kitchen. Well I’ve finally won a round but, it was not with my cooking. Found this 2Qt Bobby Flay copper clad sauce pan. First, it’s sharp looking, pleasing to the eye, second, when you pick it up, this thing is sturdy, there’s some heft to it, (no strong man is going to be bending this with there bare hands) and third, it heats evenly and can be used in the oven. With just being my wife and self to cook for, this is also big enough for a meal for the two of us. When you get it, it comes with a care guide. Hand wash only, not a big deal also if you have only cooked with non-stick pans make sure to let this pan heat up before placing anything inside. Look up the water drop test and you’ll understand much better. Overall this pan is 100% worth getting, looks great, cooks, great, because of the quality of it’s made from will last, so you need a 2Qt size pan, go out or go online and do yourself a favor and buy this.

Never Knew I Needed it in my Collection
This is one of those pots that I never knew I needed. This pot is very durable. It’s not to big or to small. It works great on the stove. My only complaint is that you have to wash it and take care of it in a special way, but sometimes that’s the risk you take for good quality pieces. Highly recommend trying!

Excellent pan. Cooks evenly. Very multifunctional
I'm not a person who usually cooks with stainless steel and had never used a copper clad pan either. I've always used non-stick until recently switching to ceramic cookware, which all got scratched up within a year so this came just in time. While it does heat up very quickly, it does not burn the food as I always thought steel did. It cooks very evenly with evenly spaced out heat both with the lid on and off. I tried cooking several things in it. Tofu and veggies is only thing I photographed because the crepe preparation gets a little messy and not as pretty but it does work excellent for crepes, providing you allow it to heat up very hot of course. I pan seared salmon a few times too. Fish I had to deglaze but I love doing that to make sauce anyway. Excellent pan. I love the size because its like it's a skillet, pan and pot all in once. You can cook anything in it and even make a small batch of soup.

Nice quality and cooks well!
This chef’s pan is extremely nice quality! It’s sort of a cross between a pan and pot, which I really like. It’s got some weight to it, so you know it’s made of quality materials. It’s the perfect size at 2 quarts. There are measurements lines inside the pan so you don’t need a measuring cup. It’s a good size and shape for my stove and didn’t get in the way of other pots on the burners. The lid is flat so it will be easier to store than other rounded lids I have. The copper finish is beautiful!

Useful Tool
I really like this pan. It’s a bit small for large portions but it works really well for two people. It’s a heavy bottom pan, which is useful, and it’s my only stainless steel pan, so I can use it for things I don’t want to use nonstick for.

Beautiful pen
Beautiful design, but cooper insert is very hard to maintain. Water stains are visible after one use. So I ended up purchasing polishing paste. Otherwise it is a beautiful pen, very well made and it is sturdy.
