Neat little tool!

I used this for the first time the other night while making myself a delicious flat iron steak in my cast iron skillet. This thing is one of those things that you didn’t think you needed. Get this! It’s heavy cast iron, and it helps your steaks cook more evenly by adding that weight where it’s needed. Needless to say, my steak turned out perfectly cooked throughout. I also got this for smash burgers as well. I haven’t tried it with burgers yet, but I’m sure it will work just as perfectly! A great little tool to have in the kitchen or for use on your grill.
