Sous cooker.

I love this so far I just used it once and it is a keeper. It preheats with great quiet circulation and the control button is so easy to read and use just like advertised. The noise I don’t think there is any. The consistency is just great. I will use this in my kitchen with great satisfaction. Good to own this. I can say all this stuff because I have had one and I discarded it after using this one. It was noisy. Worked sometimes.
