Truly a Buyer Beware product.
I opened this up with normal expectations and felt rather let down by the product. Velcro patches were not completely sewn on. One patch, the stitching to attach the velcro was sewn on one end while encircling however, never touching the velcro on the other half. Two people screwed that up. First was the person doing the stitching. The second was quality control. Who was asleep at QC? There was BTW, a sheet enclosed assuring the buyer that the product was thoroughly inspected. In a wind, it would only be a matter until that patch ripped loose, and most likely at the worst time. If I the site would allow zero stars, I would have chosen that. Truly Buyer Beware on this as if you have problems, no one wants to take responsibility for a third-party vendor at the return desk. I walked into my local Macy at Rosedale, MN and even before I got in line I was told NO. I stated the corporate website said on-line returns were OK and the return person then - let me into the return line. Staff did not care to be involved with the return and finally a manager was called in to complete the return process. If I could purchase one of these with quality intact, I would consider it.
