This serving tray is very lovely. I am going to use it for a tray in my master bath, for my perfumes. It is large and it is a bit heavy in weight. Overall I am very pleased. This is also perfect for entertaining. I may use it for that now and then.

arrived completely damaged

the packaged was nowhere near sufficient for protecting glass. The serving tray was shattered.

Received broken

The actual tray looks beautiful from the package bit it was broken when I received it. It was poorly packed. Macys customer service was excellent.

Shipping was awful, broken item

Well, shipping was not good. The item came broken in a ziillion and three pieces. It was a gift. I was horrified and embarrased. Never again will i ship from Macys.
