Sound is low

I love the color, I like how the ear hooks feel around my ears they feel light weight and comfortable. But the sounds seems kind of low to me, they don’t sound loud I can still hear noise in the background when having them on, on high volume. How ever I will be returning them.

High quality sound, ear hooks easily damaged.

The sound is really good on these earbuds, however the hooks slightly bent and the buds had trouble charging. I'm really pleased with JLab support as they spoke to me and sent me a new pair of earbuds, and the new version too instead of these ones.

Work great and stay in place while jogging

I am REALLY happy with these! Stay in place very well while running/jogging. I used them to help me complete a 5k run a few months ago and it was so much easier to run while I had music to listen to and not just my own heavy breathing LOL. And a great price for a nice set of earbuds with great sound!
